Tony, This one looks like it never got finished, so here's the test that settles it.
Open that account in a web browser. Not Thunderbird, not the phone. If the folder is there, it's on the mail server and your iPhone just isn't showing you something that already exists. If it isn't there, it never left your Windows machine, and you can look on the phone all day and never find it. That's the local folder point somebody already made in the thread, and the browser is what proves which half you're in. If it's on the server and the phone still can't see it, then you've got two layers disagreeing. Thunderbird made the folder, but the mail service decides which folders it even hands out to other mail apps, and on a Gmail account that's a per folder choice living in the account settings in a browser. The phone is only showing what it was handed. That's how one folder goes missing while the rest come through fine. One more cheap thing to rule out. A folder made inside another folder often only turns up once you open the parent, so it may be sitting right where you put it. I'm not going to send you digging through iPhone Mail settings for this. If it's the server side, nothing on the phone is involved at all. Does the folder show up when you open that account in a web browser?
