Hello Davy, I don’t know how new this bug is as I experienced it in the original iOS 27.
I use the action button on my phone to toggle VoiceOver on and off. When speech is loss, I simply toggle VO off for about 1 second and then toggle it on again and all is well. Certainly not a solution but a definite workaround. Let’s be careful with confirming this with yes no problem at all. Really if you never play content on a website, or even when you are not visiting any websites on your phone, you will not encounter these bugs, however they could be a showstopper for others. The voiceover equalizer cannot be used in ios27 but this seems to be fixed in the betas, I do never use this function so I will never notice this bug but for those who use it, it can be really frustrating then.
