Thanks! I will submit my suggestions there too, as the more places I
submit my suggestions the more likely they will be implemented.

Hi Chris,
I apologize for my late response.
Both the issues you brought up are known to us, and are important for us to
address in future Viber version. However, we are still no entirely sure
when we will be able to implement, test and release those features in Viber.
Meanwhile, we invite you to enter our Feature Request page and post your
suggestion there, or join an existing similar suggestion. The more people
join on a request, the faster it will become reality :)

Hello Viber users and the development team.
While Viber has issues, it is definitely usable. Issues I am talking
about and I think this is the obvious to VoiceOver users is some of the
buttons are not labelled properly. For example if I double tap the
viberbadge button next to a contact, it places a call to them. So the
button should really be labelled as call, for example. Another issue is
in the messages part of the app. When it comes to selecting the
contact(s) who you want to send a message to, you have no way of knowing
whether the right contact is selected. This is due to some poorly
labelled buttons. The only way to know you have selected the right
contact is to actually search for them and hope for the best. This isn't
ideal, so this needs fixing sooner than later.
Another issue at least for me is since I wear hearing aids, I use the
speaker when on a call, both for making and receiving. I can use an
earpiece, but I would have to take my hearing aid(s) out to make it more
comfortable and also to minimize interfeerance between the hearing aid
and the phone. So this is why I use the speaker personally. For the
benefit of others like me, an option to use the speakerphone should be
implemented.
I am putting this out there in response to a message from the Viber
developers. Others may wish to contribute as well.
Thank you for reading.
Chris.

Hello List
Has anyone tried Viber? It sounds as if it is similar to
skype but I am not sure. Is it accessible?
