Hi All, Just updated the ocado app and I find it not very accessible. I am really annoyed because I have done 3 shops on the mobile app and it was working perfectly well. Just updated the latest version and I am totally lost with it. Has anybody else tried this app at all and if you have, what do you make of it?
I feel like I need to write a letter to them or something. I thought when things were updated there should be improvements in this case, they have gone backwards.
