Hi, On the Mac, bring up the source list with Command-Option-S (that's Control-S in Windows). Find your iPhone in the source list. Choose the Apps radio button. interact with the Apps table. Each app that is on your phone has a Remove button, and each app not on your phone has an Install button. I don't know whether these Remove and Install buttons are accessible in Windows.
