This has nothing to do with the App Store specifically as far as I
know, but that certain content isn't available outside the US for
lisencing agreement reasons. I think Newsline may be one of such
services. Essentially, if your IP address points to somewhere outsie a
country where the content provider is allowed to make it available,
you'll be blocked from getting new content. The only ways around this,
and I'm not sure how legal this is, involve virtual private networks
and proxy servers.
