It is not available yet.
NFB made the announcement before it has been released from Apple.
I contacted NFB and they told me that it is not available but
will be soon and they didn't mean to send that e-mail out yet.

I also am not seeing the update for NFB-Newsline, either in the

under updates, or when performing a search for the app itself.
