We have Direct TV. The installer put the app on my phone. I love it! I can check the program schedule, set the recorder, and even watch programs on my phone.
The one thing I cannot do is access the recorder, to view the list of recordings, or play them back. I was told that there is a feature that will allow that for an additional fee, but don't want it badly enough to pay any more than we're currently paying for TV.
