Double tap on all contacts. Now, go through the list until you find iPhone contacts near the end of the list. All contacts is actually just all Skype contacts. Double tap on iPhone contacts. Find the contact and activate it. Find the number and activate it. Skype places the number in the dial screen. Find the call button at the bottom of the display. You may want to put +1 in front of the area code in your US numbers, and +country code in front of all phone numbers so Skype always gets the correct country. This is universal, so Mobil providers will not have any trouble with it when calling from contacts.
