Hi Ramy, As some others already pointed out, you have to either sync Podcasts or use a third-party Podcast app and I think Downcast wins here with respect to features both from the perspective of accessibility and sighted users.
If you have iOS 6 Apple has removed Podcasts from iTunes and you are supposed to use their Podcast app, I mean the one that Apple has developed. The problem is that in my opinion it's not quite ready for Prime Time, unfortunately another example where Apple has released something that does not live up to the usual high standard people are used to.
