Hi, I'm far from an expert. I have not bought the program yet, just used the trial. The trial puts a "watermark" on anything you print, so you can verify that your printer works, but won't go on using the free version since the print out is not very good.
I just went through the setup of the program, it found my printer. Then, since my printer is a USB printer, my computer has to be on when I select print on my iPod Touch. For example, if you get an Email that you want to print, you select reply and then there is a print option. Double tap on that and you will see your printer, select it, and the other options then hit print and the message will print.
