Hi all.
Now, I am getting so much problems after the iPhone restore. I had a computer with iTunes 11.1, that doesn't recognize my iPhones, 4. or 4s, any of these phones is recognized by my iTunes 11, even though the cords or USB ports are not the problem, because every other device connect perfectly. Well, I connect my phones with other computer that has the nice and beautiful iTunes 10, and these phones connect pretty well with iTunes 10, great.. Well, I did my restore, using the computer with iTunes 10, but this computer doesn't have the library that I had in the other computer where is running itunes 11. So I have the library of contacts and everything in the computer with iTunes 11, but it doesn't connect with my iDevices. In the computer with iTunes 10, my phones connect, but I have no contacts anywhere. also I have outlook express running in the old computer with iTunes 11, and in the new one, I have microsoft outlook, but with any contact or address book. How can I trnasfer the address book from the older computer tothe new one where I have iTunes 10 running? I did the following steps, but it didn't work. I saved the address book of my outlook express in a wav file. I have both computers connect in the network, so I am able to see inside each computer. I copyed the wav file in the computer with iTunes 10,and in the menu of microsoft outlook file/import and export, i runned the add emails and address. I select from outlook express, and I select the folder where are the address book. No errors messages, no problems, but no address book added to microsoft outlook. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or if iTunes has another way to add contacts.
Someone can help me, please?
Thanks
Pablo
