Yes. You can do it in itunes. Plug your ipod iphone ipad in and follow the
instructions. If you cant then you need to tell a sighted person to go into
settings, general, accessibility, and turn on voice over in there. Then once
its on go to tripple home click and and turn that on and then you can turn
vo on and off using the home button by clicking it 3 times quickly.
