You need to go to attach media. Pick the photo you want to send from there.
And then you just hit send.
When you open a new message that is.

I know this has been covered before but can't remember how. But whatis the
way to send a pic to someone in a text that someones sent? When tapping
the action button with the pic already that someones sent, the button does
nothing.
