Hi, I believe the issue is that you are probably running IOS 5.1.1 and the HIMS products don't work with it. They worked with a slightly earlier version and they work with iOS 6 but you can't run iOS 6 on a 3rd generation Touch.

I've tried turning Bluetooth off on the iTouch, then turning it on through the prompt that comes when I try to pair the two devices; Bluetooth gets turned on again in the Touch, but no success in seeing the Edge. I've also tried resetting both devices, and still no sighting of the Edge by the Touch. What should I try next?
