I just searched for "12 days", that is the number 12 and then a space and then the word days. I then tapped "Search" and it is the first item that showed up in the container, it's called "iTunes 12 Days of Christmas" there and you can make sure it's the right one as the developer is listed as "Apple/iTunes".
It is stated in the app that your region format on the iPhone must match your store location, e.g. if you are in the UK and have your region format set to United States the app will not work and maybe it won't even show up, not sure about that.
