Yes, you can download the Podcasts and whether you just press enter on the link for that to work or whether you have to right click and choose Save Target As depends a bit on how you setup your computer. If you have iTunes installed chances are you have to use the Save Target As method. Having said this, why don't you just go to the website and try it since that would answer your question as well.
