Hi,

If it's practical, I would suggest going to a store run by your phone carrier 
and asking them to help you set up voicemail. It's a little tricky for a brand 
new iPhone user, and it's something that you only have to do once. If that's 
not possible, you could ask a sighted friend for help. Again, the process is 
accessible, but can be frustrating if you're new to the iPHone.
