Welcome to a bug that came in with iOS 6. Please report this to: accessibil...@apple.com I have three dictionary apps all called dictionary, but visually they are different. This is clearly a VoiceOver bug. The more people that point it out may increase the likelihood of a fix coming in a future release. Now all you can do is keep track of where each app is.

The iphone has a native Camera app. I installed 1 Touch Camera. An app that takes pictures the moment you launch it. To my surprise the app is also labelled Camera. When I change its name to 1Touch Camera, then both apps are renamed! When I change the name of one app the other is automatically also renamed!! How do I ensure that the two apps have different names? I am using 4S with 6.01 the reason I particularly want different names for the two apps is that I can tell Siri to Launch 1Touch Camera and it will automatically start taking pictures! A voice command camera! But only if it has a unique name. This will not work if 2 apps have the same name.
