I downloaded a similar program that is called sleep machine light. It was
free and seems accessible. I think it has to be open to make sounds but it
did play in lock screen. I would think if I was using it for my sleep that
I would have to turn off speech with a 3 finger double
tap so that the notifications that pop up would not be read aloud. There is
a timer function on it that might be useful although I use a sound machine
all night long to block out small noises that awaken me.
This app has 9 sound choices and I am not exactly sure how to operate all
the functions I feel like it is useable. I have a separate sleep machine
that I use every night but this app would be good when I am away from home
rather than taking the much larger machine with me as I do now.

and it's completely inaccessible, keeps asking me if I want to get the pro
but I don't if it's no better than the all in one version.
