I called the store this afternoon because I was confused on why I couldn't lot into the app. You need to create an account on the Barnes and Noble web site. Click on the sign in loch link and then new account. Use your email and enter a password. I also needed to go back into the I main web site and click on the my account link. There I was able to enter a credit cars, address, and etc. After completing all of this I went back into the Nuk app on the phone and was able to log in. hTH M Eileen
