Hi Irene, As Ming already pointed out, I would not recommend setting up a new Skype Id because then you lose all your Contacts, if you use your existing Skype Id you can add a new contact on the iPhone and it should show up also when you log in on the computer and vice versa. When you open Skype on your iPhone for the first time it will also ask you if you give permission for Skype to access your Contacts. I would recommend that because that way if you ever use Skype to make phone calls, you can access all the phone numbers from your contact list.
