Why do you say she can't pair a bluetooth headset if she used a keyboard case? You can pair multiple bluetooth devices with your iPhone without any problem. I for example have an Apple Wireless Keyboard paired with my iPhone and I also have a Jambox speaker, a stereo bluetooth headset and a Jabra single earpiece. They are all paired, of course with the speaker and headsets it will only pair with one at a time, e.g. if I use my Jambox and then turn on my stereo headset it will take over from the Jambox, if I turn off the Jambox and turn it back on it will take over again. However, the bluetooth keyboard works throughout all of that.
