iLike2read and REad2go are both meant to do this. I only have the former,
not tested this theory.

Subject: reading text files on iPhone

Dear all.

Is there some app that remembers your place in the text files. My friend
wants to know if it is possible to resume reading of an ascii text file. I
don't use txt files myself, but I am sure some of you do read text files on
iPhones. The key thing is remembering the place you left reading when you
restart an app and open that file. I want to say it is possible but not sure
which apps can do that.

Regards
