Debbie, If at all possible, try to find a sighted person to help. I just had to do this last week and it was very frustrating. Jaws14 doesn't read the screens well from within Itunes--doen't know about Window Eyes or when using Alex on a mac. My husband was able to create the account on my IPodTouch 5th generation, but if one doesn't know how to use the apple device then it doesn't matter if it is accessible or not since the registration of the device must be completed before learning how to use the device.
