Unfortunately, with the newest update, I haven't been able to get lists of 
available magazines to browse.  You might have better luck with the web site.  
I have been able to get lists with the search function, though.

As for vo accessability, I personally wouldn't assume anything, but I can tell 
you that everything I've subscribed to though them so far has been .  At the 
last count, I'm subscribed to three magazines and I had some others which I've 
not renewed.  Once you get the app, they often stick a few free issues in 
there, too, so you can see about accessability
