Since it is not accessible on the Mac, I doubt very much that the app will be accessible. It will only be for viewing apps unless you pay for a subscription which will allow you to do basic editing. How much do you want to bet that the subscription will not be cheap? Pages is still not what I personally would consider 100 percent accessible, but it is better than it was. The problem of knowing for sure where you are in a document still exists.
