Hello Marcos, If your book is available as an ebook on the Kobo site, you don't need a US credit card to buy it. I'm in France and have been using Kobo for a couple of years now. The Kobo app is accessible and buying books is easy using your web browser.
Go to: www.kobobooks.com Enter the name of the book in the Search field and click Go. The results show up as level 3 headings.
