Tony, You will need to contact BT and ask them for your BT WiFi / BT OpenZone credentials.
Do note, I gave up on this ages ago, as a fellow BT user, I expected a similar service to The Cloud or O2 WiFi. That is where you log on once, validate, and from there the service retains your MAC address. That way whenever you are in range of one of their hot spots you auto connect and authenticate. However, BT expect you to log in each and every time your phone connects to a hot spot, which is way, way to much hassle for most people. grrr. anyway, that's how you do it.
