Hi, open iTunes and arrow down to the apps list in the tree view source
list. Tab twice and there will be a check for updates button. Press
space on that. If there are updates iTunes will show them, then you are
moved to the iTunes store section of the source list. Press F6 to go to
the web page like area and the information will load, You can update
individual apps there or you can choose the update all if you want.
Regardless of which you choose, you will need to enter your Apple ID
password. Once you do that, the apps will download and then update in
your phone the next time you sync.
