I have read plenty of discussions suggesting that there are still
plenty of WIFI issues present on iPhone 5 units. For you, have the
problems noticeably cleared up?

Scott and list,

To be honest, I wonder whether it is in fact some problem other than
streaming which is taking place here. I've heard speculation that
perhaps there is a flaw in the iPhone 5 relating to switching between
WIFI and cellular data, but have no idea. Apps like iTunes Match,
Slacker Radio, Pandora, and so forth don't need a constant data
connection to work; but with streaming radio, you need a constant
connection to the server and if that connection drops for a split
second, you're going to notice it.

I did some testing with at least one person on this list a while back
and we could produce the same result. Streaming really does seem to be
more reliable on the 4S, but I don't have any scientific tests to back
that up--often, the 5 works just fine. Whatever's going on, it must be
a very subtle thing and I very much hope it's software-based, rather
than hardware.

Hi Grant. I just finished reading all the threads about the streaming
issue on an iPhone 5. I have tried everything you have, and I still
can't

stream for more than 30 seconds. I've had three phones, and I've tried
them
on different networks, both with and without passwords. Sirius and
Slacker

work, but ooTunes, iHeart, TuneIn, and Wunder Radio all do the same
thing.

My iPHone 4S works perfectly. Thanks, and I am curious if you ever got
this
resolved.
