Fazil,

Maybe go over my message again because I explained exactly what you should
do to move the book to the Books library. In short, go to "Get Info", then
the Options tab, tab 3 times to "Media Kind" and select "Audio Book" from
the drop-down. Check "Remember Playback Position" and then find "OK".

Hi, Seighard.

Thanks much for such a nice explanation, actually, I found the book in the
phone. Now my question is, should I leave it in the music folder or does
Iphone5 have a separate folder for books?

Fazil.

Hi Fazil,

If the book is MP3 it would most likely have been synced to your iPhone.
Where in your listing of music it is would depend on whether any ID3 tags
were present. You can always look at the very bottom of the list view
because there is a good chance it would be there if it has no ID3 tags like
Artist, Album, Title etc. If the book is one file I suggest that once you
find it, do the following:

Put your cursor on the book and press Control+I for "Get Info" (this is
assuming you are using a PC).

Now find the "Info" tab, most likely you are on the summary tab, and tab so
you can enter the author's name under Artist, I would also put the books
name under title as well as album.

Now find the "Options" tab. Tab about 4 or 5 times until you see "Mediaa
Kind". This is a drop-down and you can use the down arrow to review the
choices. Select "Audio Book", then tab and find the checkbox to "Remember
Playback Position".

Now tab to "OK" and press enter or the space bar.

This should move the book from your music library to the Books library where
books and audio books usually show up.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: Audio Book In Music Folder In Iphone5?

    Hi, list.

I have an audio book in my music folder in my pc. It is a long book about 18
hours of duration with a very low bit rate. Now my music is transferred to
myIphone5. Should I assume that this audio book is there too, or Iphone5
might have ignored it when importing other stuff because of its low bit
rate?

Your help is much appreciated.
