Hi Marissa,

 

I was wondering if you made a mistake and accidently sent this log to the
list instead of to Apple. Anyhow, since you did sent it to the list I assume
you can just send it to Apple Accessibility the same way, since it's now on
the list you could just forward that email and write an introduction and
there would be no need to send it as attachment. I don't want to say for
sure, but I doubt somebody on the list can interpret this, such logs are
strictly meant for internal use by company technicians.

hello list,

 

I will be going to apple to replace my Iphone 4s (currently this one is not
the original but a replacement) as i am having serious issues with it
freezing / locking up at the lock screen and apps are crashing, i use
voiceover and most users that have read my posts here know what i am
referring to...

 

My questions are:

 

1. with reviewing the logs that my Iphone 4s keeps of crashes i saw the word
voice over in the log  could not read the rest visually as the print was
small, does anyone on this board know how to interpret

 these diagnostic logs?

 

2. would sending these logs to apple accessibility be a good idea to see if
they can figure out if this is software bug? if yes, how do i send the logs
from my iphone and form an attachment so that they can be emailed to apple
accessibility
