Hi, Did you flick right with three fingers? It's like changing home screen pages. And look for the controls near the bottom of the screen, where apps are listed on the App switcher. You'll find music playback controls and a button called Orientation Lock or something similar. If you double-tap to turn it on, the phone will always be in portrait mode unless you are running an app that requires landscape mode. Such an app will change the orientation automatically.
