Hi, I could be wrong but it is my understanding via discussions with apple accessibility that the ability to hide purchased apps via the app store on I Devices disappeared with the arrival of iOS 6. Supposedly it is still possible to hide purchases via your purchase history via Itunes on a computer but again according to Apple Accessibility access to this with screen readers is currently broken. Some have mentioned to me that it is still possible for them to have achieved the hiding of previously purchased apps so if there’s a way that still does work I’m sure the folks at Apple would love to hear about it as well for their official stance as of this morning is that it is currently not a process that is accessible.
