I'm not sure what you're asking for here, since you didn't include the message you're replying to. The IOS 6.1 update is in Settings -> General -> Software Updates.
There was also a question about YouTube with this same subject line. You can get the Google YouTube app from the App Store. This is all true for the iPhone, and I would assume for the iPad as well.
