Hi Jen, This is just a thought. When you are in the phone settings mail menu what if you tapped on "other" in the account section? May be if you treat your Yahoo mail account as another new account it will allow you to input all the parameters and have the mail client work properly. It doesn't hurt to try. You have tried other avenues already that didn't work.

In that case, all you'll be asked is for your email address and password.
