Hi Alan and Joseph, Except you have to qualify this statement since relationships don't necessarily work depending on who you do your contacts with. I use Windows Live/Hotmail and I can't tell SIRI for example that so and so is my Mom or my brother etc. If I do SIRI asks if I want her to remember that so and so is my mother and when I say Yes, I get the following message: "The address book service that stores your contact information doesn't allow me to change that". I don't know if it works for people who use Google to store their contacts or if it only works for those who actually use Apple/iCloud.

This is done from Settings/General/Siri. On the commercials and the demos of SIRI you hear some guy tell SIRI, text my wife and tell her that I'm on my way home. My question is, would you have to create a new contact named my wife or is there some sort of preset for spouses? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joseph Lee" <[email protected] To: <[email protected] Sent: Monday, January 28, 2013 6:31 PM Subject: re: What to tell Siri if a contact has 2 phone numbers? Hi, Yes, you can say: Call (someone) at (someplace) where "someone" is the contact name and "someplace" is the phone number type e.g. home, mobile, iPhone, etc. Cheers, Joseph ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kramlinger, Keith G., M.D." <[email protected] To: "'[email protected]'" <[email protected] Date sent: Tue, 29 Jan 2013 02:21:51 +0000 Subject: What to tell Siri if a contact has 2 phone numbers? Hi, If a contact has a home phone and a work phone, does Siri have a default? If calling the home phone is desired for a certain call, how does one specify this for Siri? Is it as simple as saying, Siri, call Bill at home, or Siri, call Bill at work (or Siri, call Bill on his mobile)? Thanks in advance.
