Hi, Yes, there's Radio NOAA. I have it on my iPhone 4. I think it uses location services to ensure that you get local content, and, by the way, it's strictly audio. I don't recall seeing much textual content. I also set up a shortcut to Weather Underground, which, when I tap on it, brings up the Weather Underground site in Safari and I can get all the detail that I need and then some.
