Well, there is a help file right there in the app. No need to go to the website. If you take a few minutes and read that, I think you will understand better how to use the app and won't be so frustrated. The description of how to hold the phone is there. The special custom gestures that enable you to get space, delete and to open the menu are there, etc. Good luck.
