Hi Kawal,
Do you mean that you want VoiceOver to say the words as you are typing
on the braille keyboard? If so, there is a setting in BrailleTouch that
lets you choose to hear characters, words, or both as you type. To go to
the BrailleTouch settings, go to the Home screen. Open the iPhone
Settings app. BrailleTouch settings are near the bottom. The "Speech
Feedback" setting for BrailleTouch is the first one.
For your previous question, after you type in BrailleTouch, you can get
to the menu with a two-finger left-swipe. Since you have purchased the
upgrade, you will see options to copy to clipboard, send text message,
send tweet, set email subject, and send email.
