There are many of these ID3 tag editors, I just did a quick Google search for "ID3 tag editors" and as many of them are free you just have to give them a try. I have used one called MP3Tag a few years ago from a German developer and it seemed to work fine. You can, of course use iTunes if you have MP3 or M4A files and add them to iTunes.
