I haven't seen any other replies yet and I can't give you step-by-step instructions as I have never done this, but I can tell you that while it may not be impossible to copy your music from your iPhone back to the computer, it is not an easy task and cannot be done with iTunes. I did a google search for the following: transferring music from an iPhone to a Pc This brings up a bunch of results including some YouTube videos, but I don't really have the time to figure it all out for you, so just do that same search and read up on the process. There seems to be some software which may do this without jailbreaking, as I said, you just have to research it. Just as a suggestion for down the road, you can buy a 500 GB or even a 1 TB external USB hard drive for well below $100 and it would give you plenty of space to back up your entire music collection and more so in case something happens to your PC at least you have a backup of everything.
