Hello Peter, I've been using an app called Any List. It is very accessible, and the developers will actually contact you if you post a question or problem in the in-app area where it says "give us your feedback". The app is free and will sync between all devices logged into the same account. If a change is made to a list, it is instantly updated on the other devices. I've tested this several times.
