Hi Bob,
The braille formatting conventions are an excellent question.
BrailleTouch outputs standard print characters in plain text. However
you can easily type a hard return followed by three spaces from
BrailleTouch, just as you could with the VoiceOver split tap standard
keyboard in the iPhone notes app. I suspect that if you do this, it will
read correctly in Access Note. I'd be curious to hear people's results
when trying this formatting convention from BrailleTouch.
Thanks,
Caleb

Hello everybody:
I have been playing with BrailleTouch on and off for a day or so and while my
typing has better accuracy now, I am still very slow. I think overall it will
probably be a good app especially once grade to translation is built in.
However, I do have a question about formatting documents. If we are writing in
braille and we use the standard braille convention of a hard return followed by
three spaces to indicate a paragraph, will the proper print format for
indicating a
paragraph be imported into the document when the text is sent via email or
pasted into a notes program such as AccessNote? This would be very important to
have especially if our braille notes will ultimately be sent in a Printed form
to sided colleagues. Thank you very much for your help.
