This is one time a BT keyboard helps as the edit/'navigation keys work within the field as well as the characters are input. I used to get in an L of a tangle on a page if I'd started typing, then had to go look for the field... lost it as often as not as focus went all over the place following me looking for it. Even a little BT keyboard would be a good investment.
