Hi, You should be able to do it with atomic web browser. You need to make sure that atomic browser is mimicking a full browser first. Then find the download link for the file double tap and hold it, you should then get the option appearing to download the file. What's the file is downloaded, you will find each in atomic web browser. To check what type of browser you have atomic web browser set to, go into settings and change it to be that i.e., Firefox or desktop Safari.
