No!... or at least, it is very rare and you have to jump through hoops to get it. I know we have terms like "unfit for purpose" and "not of saleable quality", but thisi s Apple and the great wide world; so don't hold your breath if you try. I'm sure it would need to be some significant failing in the app to have a chance; a change of mind isn't. I'd like the £14 back for accessNote, but don't suppose I'll get that either; so will play with it some more and see what I do do with it. I don't think I've ever known software to be refundable once out the packet.
