Ok, I know they said it wasn't done or good or recommended, but since when
did that stop us. Yes, a phone program on a pad occupies a small section in
the middle of the screen, but it still works. But then, if you look
around, there is a button about bottom right which says "Full Screen". So
I did that, a phone app, but bigger! this would be good for partially
sighted to save using Zoom as you get more of it at once. You retain the
simplicity too! Just a thought for anyone wondering what else you can do
with a Mini.

But back to BrailleTouch, I got a real bigg braille keyboard to work on.
The mini is just small enough to hold the same way you do the phone, well, a
guy or folk with slightly bigger hands; so with a little practice, it
worked just the same. spacing is ever the issue,... G knows we've heard
enough about it on the small devices, but this is no worse than trying to
consistently hit the right piano keys for a standard c chord or something.
so anyone with bigger fingers that found it too fiddly thus far, could
probably do it quite well on a pad, a mini at least, I think you'd need paws
like a gorilla to do it on the iPad 3 or 4. But pianists and keyboard
players could get it pretty well I reckon.

so it's another option and no less acceptable than any so far. I was far
from perfect, but was only fiddling for a few minutes or so, and got real
writing out of itin that time.
