I think a better way to find text fields in a document is to have text boxes turned on in settings, general, accessibility, vision, roter. Then all you need to do is to use the rotor to get to text fields and then flick 1 finger down. If there are say 7 text fields, you can flick up or down to move through the 7 fields. Note: you may have to double tap the field to open it because they are like radio buttons. Only one at a time can be opened. Wile your in the rotor settings you can also select which things you want in the rotor such as speech rate or pictures.
